Terms of Service

Welcome to Questtee. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. They govern your use of the Questtee marketplace, whether you're a Questtee (Teen) or a Quest Giver (Customer).

1. Account Eligibility

To register as a Questtee, you must be between the ages of 12 and 18. Quest Givers must be over 18. All under-16 Questtees require valid parent/guardian consent.

2. Platform Fees

Joining Questtee is free. Quest Givers pay a flat $0.50 listing fee for every quest accepted. To support our safety architecture and community moderation, a 10% platform fee is deducted from a Questtee's (Teen) total earnings upon completion. An optional 2% urgent payout fee is available for same-day transfers.

3. Safe Conduct

We take community safety seriously. Any users who engage in harassment, fraud, or unsafe behavior will be immediately and permanently banned from the platform.

4. Payments & Escrow

Quest payments are held in secure escrow. They are released when both parties confirm completion. Questtee is not responsible for direct cash transactions outside the platform.
