Questtee is built from the ground up to be the safest way for local teenagers to gain work experience. We don't just follow safety rules; we've built them into the core of the app.

1. Location Privacy

A teenager's exact home location is never shown to prospective Quest Givers. Tasks are matched by suburb, and the Questtee's personal details remain private until a quest is officially accepted.

2. Verified Community

Every user on the platform must be age-verified. Under-16 Questtees require explicit parental consent before they can apply for any tasks. All Quest Givers are subject to platform reviews and community vetting.

3. Time & Work Limits

Quests are restricted from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. No quests can be scheduled during standard school hours. We also limit Questtees to a maximum of 2 quests per day to ensure school and life always come first.

4. Secure Payments

No cash changes hands on the doorstep. All payments are handled via secure Stripe escrow. Funds are only released once the Quest Giver confirms completion, and no personal bank details are shared between users.

Need to Report Something?

We take every report seriously. If a user feels uncomfortable at any point, they can cancel a quest immediately and use our one-tap reporting feature in the app.
