Parent Guardian Consent
Our goal is to create a space that parents feel comfortable allowing their children to use. For all users under 16, a guardian's consent is mandatory before they can apply for or accept any quest on the platform.
How It Works
- When your teen registers as a Questtee over 12 and under 16, they must provide your contact email.
- You'll receive an automated notification with their profile details.
- A single tap in the email grants permanent or temporary consent to use the app.
- You can revoke this consent at any time via your Parent Dashboard.
What You're Agreeing To
By providing consent, you acknowledge that your teenager is allowed to:
- Browse local community tasks on the Questtee platform.
- Communicate with Quest Givers through our secure messaging system.
- Travel within a 10km radius of their registered suburb to complete quests.
- Receive secure electronic payments from Quest Givers via Stripe.
